The standard verifies that our ISMS is officially audited, implemented according to best practices, and has clear and defined procedures. Now we can assure our customers that we have a certified ability to take care of information security, as we have an accredited procedure for managing information security and information security risks. What is ISO 27001?
ISO/IEC 27001 provides requirements for an information security management system (ISMS). It helps organizations to manage the security of assets (legal, physical, and technical controls) such as financial information, intellectual property, employee details, or information entrusted by third parties. ISO 27001 is clearly the most widely recognized international standard for information security.
