Supporting the diverse range of CMS, they aimed to integrate with the headless content management system Strapi.

The challenge

imgix aimed to create a plugin for the Strapi CMS that was easy to configure, flexible, and efficient for official publication in their Marketplace. Needing assistance with headless content delivery solutions, imgix sought a trusted partner with a strong background in Open Source plugin development within the Strapi community. Having created highly customized open-source and commercial implementations used by thousands of engineers monthly, they opted for Strapi’s long-term partner VirtusLab.

VirtusLab developed and delivered a flexible Strapi plugin that met Strapi's ecosystem standards and the specific requirements of our client. Adhering to ISO 27001 certification standards, VirtusLab integrated Strapi’s media library with imgix’s service.
