- Code Migration at Scale: choosing a migration path, automating safe refactors, building pipelines, and automate the boring bits.
We want a real conversation!
What’s worked (and what hasn’t!) for cutting trust debt, using spec-first habits to make delivery predictable and reviews calm, and adding lightweight checks/guardrails that keep the “vibe” speed without the chaos. Bring your wins, scars, and questions.
Beyond individual contributor
We’re explicitly looking to discuss the “beyond individual contributor” side: scalable code changes, design governance, quality gates, migration guardrails, and project context management. On top of that, we’ll cover LLM-aware practices at the org level. So if this is your scope of responsibility/interest, you’ll feel at home.
