Agenda
Venue: HeadsQuarter, The Artistic building, room Oberon · Stockerstrasse 33, 8002 Zürich
16:00 Doors open
16:30–17:00 AI-Native SDLC in 12 Lessons: 2026, Month by Month, Artur Skowroński, Head of Application Development at VirtusLab
17:00–17:30 Securing the SDLC by Design and Architecture, Fulco Houkes, former VP of Engineering at Bottomline Technologies
AI coding agents no longer just suggest code: they read issues, pull dependencies, run tests and push commits, which makes them a new kind of insider with real access. This talk explains how that changes the SDLC threat model, why prompt injection cannot be filtered away and must be contained by architecture, and which principles keep a compromised agent harmless.
17:30–17:50 Break
17:50–18:20 From a Data Swamp to a Data Agent You Can Trust: What It Actually Takes, Grzegorz Król, Data Architect/Tech Lead at VirtusLab
18:20–18:50 AI at Medgate in Software Delivery, Jérémie Geus, Head of Software Delivery at Medgate
18:50 Networking
If you're a CTO, VP of Engineering, or tech leader figuring out what AI-assisted development means for your teams, delivery pipeline, and risk profile, this evening is for you.

Artur Skowroński, Head of Application Development at VirtusLab
Artur has spent over a decade in the industry, working on everything from greenfield projects to systems older than himself. Having worked as a Software Engineer, Tech Lead, Architect and even Technical Product Manager, he approaches problems from a broad perspective. He still loves getting his hands dirty and writes JVM Weekly, a newsletter with weekly roundups of events in the JVM world, and speaks at conferences such as KotlinConf and Devoxx UK.

Fulco Houkes, former VP of Engineering at Bottomline Technologies
A Swiss-based technology leader and EPFL graduate, Fulco has focused on web development and Java/.NET software since the early days of the Internet. Over his career he has served as Senior Software Architect and Product Owner at EFG Bank in Geneva, most recently working with Bottomline Technologies in Geneva. He focuses on building and maintaining technology organizations that deliver reliable, resilient solutions, and colleagues describe him as a leader who leads with humility, clarity, and empowerment.

Grzegorz Król, Data Architect / Tech Lead at VirtusLab
Grzegorz specializes in making enterprise data ready for AI. At Boston Tech Week 2026 he presented a 10-layer AI data readiness model built from work across dozens of enterprise environments, covering open standards, discoverability, access controls, and formats that work for humans but break models. He also spoke at SF Tech Week by a16z about the four skills every data agent needs: find, understand, secure, trust.
