We work with clients - non-Polish speakers - on a daily basis. Most of our internal communication happens in English. That’s why we want our candidates to have a good command of this language. However, when it’s possible, we speak Polish freely.

We are flexible - we usually meet in the morning (8:00/9:00) or in the afternoon (16:00/16:30).

We are happy to answer your questions about the project you are interested in, but the meeting is also to assess which project best suits your skills and preferences based on our conversation. We'd like to make sure the path we choose meets your expectations.

Any employment contracts (employment/ mandate) or B2B. It is also possible to change the form of the contract while working with us.

If after some time it turns out that the project does not meet your expectations or you just want to try something new, let us know and we will choose a new project together.

Yes, we have the opportunity to work remotely 1-2 days a week, depending on the project. If you need to work from home more often, let us know at the beginning of the talks that you care about it - we will try to find a project in which you will have such an opportunity.
