- Guaranteeing high-quality IT support for internal employees
- Resolving most commons Hardware & OS issues
- Preparing devices for employees and infrastructure
What we expect
- Hardware passionate who cover duties of 1st Line IT Support
- Minimum half-year experience in the IT service desk role (or similar)
- Knowledge & experience with problem-solving in different operating systems (macOS, Windows, Linux)
- Proficient in using technology and navigating multiple systems
- IT background (e.g., IT courses, education related to computer science or any technical college)
- English (B1)
