Smart office – a fully remote & automated management

We have prepared a web and hybrid application (for iOS and Android) to fully automate the rental and management process and also made them totally remote.

The client deals with the rental of premium flexible workspaces by managing many offices in various countries across Europe.
The problem

The problem was to fully automate the management of rented spaces and also made this process fully remote so that the client does not have to hire many employees in the countries where the offices are located. At the same time, it was important to maintain control and quick access to up-to-date information about workspaces.

Our solution – a fully remote & automated management

We have prepared a web and hybrid application (for iOS and Android) to fully automate the rental and management process and also made them totally remote. It is a very beneficial solution for both our customer and for people who will reserve a given space.

check our client’s offer – where are the offices, how they are equipped, how much do they cost, etc.

contact the client if any problem occurs

Access to the office is also completely remote. The application is integrated with automatic door locks, thanks to which our client can rent offices without the need for a physical meeting (e.g. for the key transfer). When booking a property, their customers get access to it through our application.

Who can also benefit?

Our solution can be widely used in many businesses, where remote access management is needed. So not only to rent office spaces but also for the broadly defined tourism industry (e.g. apartments for short-term rentals from Airbnb, Booking etc.). 

 

Additional functionalities

Depending on the client’s needs we are able to add various additional functionalities to our app. Thanks to the satisfaction of the customer with our services we have started implementing the first additional functionality – automated invoices. There are around 500 users in the database at the moment and about 100 companies invoiced monthly via the system.
