Research Recruiter


We are looking for an exceptional HR Specialist to take care about our developers.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Team player
  • Advanced English in speaking and writing
  • Prior recruitment experience min. 2 years

Duties:

  • Candidate research via different sources
  • Identify and implement sourcing strategies to recruit highly qualified candidates
  • Partner with outside agencies for temporary to permanent assignments
  • Initiate contact via phone or email to gather prescreen information
  • Able to establish rapports quickly with various groups of people and individuals
  • Maintain good communication among clients, colleagues and candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments
  • Take care of a candidate from the beginning, assist through interviews until successful onboarding
  • Attend tech conference and any other events, as needed
  • Assist on any administrative ad-hoc tasks, as required
