Secondly, after chatting with some of you we’ve decided to make our plans for future Meetups public. You can find them here.
Feel free to vote on the presentations you would like to see in future installments. We would really like to to engage more folks in the initiative and drive it in a direction that would be more interesting to all of you.
We have also opened another (maybe a little simpler and more straightforward) channel of communication. You can reach us on Gitter here. Let us know your thoughts, feel free to suggest any new presentation there, or just simply drop by to say hello.
Thirdly, as always, we welcome anyone who would like to present anything, even loosely related to #Java. It may be JVM, it may DevOps or anything really related to software development in general (as long as it concerns Java or JVM somehow). There are no strict rules for how long each presentation should take and we have many experienced presenters to give you some advice if you need it. Both experienced and novice presenters are invited, but the latter are especially welcome as we would love to see the Java community grow.
Last but not least, we would really like to keep up the monthly pace. That means that next meetup would need to take place around the 4th or 5th week of May. We will keep you posted and, in the meantime, we are waiting for any talk submissions you dream up.
